Tangential open boundary conditions

@pluyten, do you have an example showing how to use external values for tangential open boundary conditions? To be clear, I'm talking about ityp2dobx = 1 and ityp2dobx = 2 in Section 24.1.1.1 of the documentation. You could not find any example in the setups.
