Update Patrick Luyten about code monitoring

While waiting for Patrick's information, I realize that he made changes in the biology module, but not in the COFABM module. As far as I understand, COFABM is supposed to be some sort of a clone of the biology module. @acapet Do you want to maintain those modules as similar as possible? In that case, I will try to do the same in COFABM as in the biology module. Or is it OK to keep COFABM as is?
