COFABM module - file name uniformity

Patrick suggest the following changes in file names of the COFABM module:

Cofabm_Finalisation.f90 instead of cofabm_Finalisation.f90 Cofabm_Forcing_Data.f90 instead of cofabm_Forcing_Data.f90 Cofabm_Initialisation.f90 instead of cofabm_Initialisation.f90 Cofabm_Model.F90 instead of cofabm_Model.F90 Cofabm_Parameters.f90 instead of cofabm_Parameters.f90

I feel that it's for a question of uniformity and consistency with other modules. There might be other reasons that I don't know. I asked Patrick for some clarification. If he answers, I will give more explanation below.

@acapet @fricour Do you think it's OK? Or will it have to many cascading consequences for simulations with FABM? If no problem, I will apply the changes myself. I just need to know if you agree or not.
